DevonAir Radio Limited (formerly Radio Haldon (28 Feb 1979 - 31 Dec 1979)), was established in 1980 and underwent a change in ownership with Capital Radio in 1987. It ceased operations in 1994 when the frequencies were taken over by Gemini, later transforming into Heart. DevonAir Radio Limited is still an active company (Company number 01417361). It's Registered office address is: 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA. Full details of the company is available at Companies House here.
